1. Introduction

HydroMeal+ (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the HydroMeal+ mobile application.

2. Data Collection

HydroMeal+ is designed to minimize data collection. However, to provide a free service and manage subscriptions, we use certain identifiers.

We do NOT collect: Name, email address, phone number, or precise health data on our servers.

We DO collect: Anonymous technical identifiers (IDFA) and app usage statistics via third-party partners.

3. Local Data Storage

Your hydration and meal records are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your personal daily logs.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store.
We use RevenueCat to manage your "Pro" features access.

5. Advertising & Tracking (AdMob)

To keep the app free, we display advertisements via Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads.
This collection only occurs if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
You can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time in your iOS System Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted partners for app functionality:

Apple: System services and payments.
RevenueCat: Subscription management.
Google AdMob: Advertising services.
Firebase (Google): Optional crash reporting and basic analytics.

7. Data Security

Because your core data is local, it is protected by Apple’s iOS security encryption.

8. Children’s Privacy

HydroMeal+ does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In compliance with Apple’s policies, we request your permission to track your activity across other apps and websites for advertising purposes. This helps us provide relevant ads and maintain the free version of the app.

10. Your Rights

You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app, and reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
